I am a wife, mother, traveler, and psychology nerd. After twenty years in "Corporate America", I decided to pursue my passions and improve the wellbeing of working mothers.

I help working mothers who are struggling with feeling their mental best so that they can flourish by increasing their positive emotions, engagement, positive relationships, meaning and achievement via evidence-based interventions. When you have tools to improve these areas of your life, feelings of being stuck, hopeless, unhappy, overwhelmed and burnt out, become feelings you can manage and limit.

I have developed a reputation for obtaining great joy in helping others succeed. Peers, leaders, and former employees describe me as someone sincerely dedicated to helping others. I demonstrate a strong sense of caring for clients and truly invest in them.

I combine my empathy and my experiences with scientific knowledge to create coaching programs backed by the latest research.
